PERMANENT POSITIONS
Senior Event Coordinator
Do you have a passion for events? Would you like to join a busy team that deliver a wide range of corporate events and luxury parties every year? Have you got a background of planning events and working with multiple projects simultaneously?
We have an exciting position available to join our team as an Senior Event Coordinator. We are looking for a candidate who has at least 2-3 years events experience, (preferably within an events agency) to join our talented team.
Key Duties include:
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Creating compelling event proposals in line with the client’s requirements
- Constructing and managing a budget
- Management of suppliers and overseeing the deliveries, setup and strike of events
- Sourcing suitable external suppliers to deliver on clients requirements
- Sourcing suitable venues
- Managing on-site coordination of events including early starts and late finishes often on weekends.
- Managing client relations and hospitality at our events
- General administration surrounding the event
Key skills required:
- Senior level experience with a high end corporate or private events background (preferably both, but not essential)
- Hard working with positive energy with a willingness to deliver on time
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong design experience (preferred but not essential)
- Driving licence/Own transport preferred

Production Coordinator
Do you have a passion for production within live events? Would you like to join a busy team that deliver a wide range of high end live events every year? Have you got a technical background that involves lighting, sound and video?
We have a position available to join our team as a Production coordinator. We are looking for a candidate with relevant previous experience with a technical background. This is a hands-on role, involving working within the production department to help deliver our events.
Key duties include:
- Creating and designing production quotes for confirmed projects
- Creating production quotes and proposals for prospective clients considering our services
- Designing innovative production concepts for our events
- Creating prep lists based on in house equipment and ability to hire in required equipment from suppliers when needed.
- Plan and deliver installations on site including logistics and crew movements.
- Rigging and de-rigging technical production equipment on-site, in venues and in marquees.
- Supplier sourcing and coordination
Key skills required:
- A passion for technology within live events
- Hard working with Positive energy with a willingness to deliver on time
- Creative in production concepts
- Ability to work in a growing team
- Driving licence/Own transport preferred
